Kai Syng Tan PhD PFHEA (@kaisyngtan) is an award-winning artist-academic-author-agitator based in the UK. Known for their ‘eclectic style & cheeky attitude’ (Sydney Morning Herald), Kai’s creative theorisation of ‘neuro-futurism’ re-imagines leadership as a decolonial, co-creative, neuro-queered practice centring anti-oppression and futurity. By day Kai is Associate Professor in Arts and Cultural Leadership, University of Southampton, UK.
